Is there a way to set the permission on the workers permission to allow or dis allow them to cancel leads?
We just had a lead cancelled by on or our staff members but it should have been, we found it before it became an issue but it could have been a major issue if not found.
basically, they need access to set up make changes, enter the orders, etc but not be allow to move the status level unless the have access to those statuses....
Maybe a status permission setting or something to that affect would help solve this..
Not sure what to ask for but if its there where do i find it.
I'll put a task in for this. I'm not sure exactly the best way to do it yet. You do have the warning set currently. If they try to reduce the status to something that removes the rental reservation, it will immediately require them to confirm before doing it. Make sure you train your staff to click cancel if they didn't mean to do that.

I was thinking something like a supervisor/manager override or a way to only allow cancel if we turn on that option in permissions
just something to not allow new or lower level employees cancel events
