Is there a way to be able to set, in the workers permissions to be able to keep them from manually changing the status of the order, IE quote, confirm, complete, cancel etc.
We had an issue where a staff member moved an order to cancel but it was the wrong order for the client.
Im thinking we might need to get a better grip on this before they cancel an event in error later down the road and it gets really messed up by missing an event

There is not. You can set the worker to read-only on leads.
You have the Alert: Cancelled on so you can double-check when this happens. There is also an email in the email center that will notify the client of a cancellation.

thats how we found it actually the client called flipping out because they got the cancel notice
