With the new editor, we cannot manually change emails etc using the WYSIWYG option.

Solved

Whenever we click within the email body make a change or add a note to a customer, the cursor appears where it should, but the text appears at the bottom of the page or cell. Can't seem to click/edit within any of our existing emails. We're trying to make some changes in email center but cannot.

I just tried to duplicate, and now when i click on a spot the cursor shows up for one 'blink', then moves down to bottom of page/cell.

attached for an example

This is a known issue with the editor we used. Their developers have said it should be fixed soon. In the meantime, the way I get around this is by highlighting a bit of next near where I want my cursor, then use the arrow keys to move the cursor to where I want it. Sorry for this inconvienientce.

Is this attached part of the same issue? I cant modify this email, for example, because of this notice....

I deleted the screenshot for privacy purposes, but we got the image.

I am not able to replicate that behavior on my end:

Can you try the two following troubleshoots:

  1. Clear your browser cache, reload the page, and try again
  2. Disable all your extensions for chrome, then try again

Cleared cache on firefox, the issue went away yesterday. Today, it is back. Only way to quickly rectify it is switch the editor to Code <>, then back to visual editor.

While we're at it, I spent 30 minutes trying to find my worker schedule emails, only to discover they are indeed in the email center. However, I've been unable to view the second page of emails! When I click, nothing happens. Cleared cache yesterday, nothing. Luckily, I checked "exclude inactive" and finally saw them so I knew I wasnt losing my mind.

It sounds like the issue is either cache related or plugin related with the editor, which is data stored on your end that we can't control. If clearing your cache and turning off extensions fails to fix the issue again, it may also be something in the particular template you're using. You can email us directly to sales@inflatableOffice.com if you need to share further private information in order to resolve this.

We'll get the pagination issue in email center fixed.
