Will you have an app for Smart Phones soon?

An app would make things a lot easier, since we get a lot of calls for bookings when we are not at our home office. Also, checking/confirming orders would be much easier from an app so we can check things on the go.

We have plans to enhance our current mobile site to add the functionality you are looking for, probably within the next 6 months.

Our current mobile site primarily provides functions for workers and managers in the field, but nothing in regards to modifying an event.

Do you have google calendar? The way I do it is: every event that is "confirmed" or "contracted" automatically gets pushed to my google calendar.

On my phone I have Jorte which is synced to my google calandar. here I can quickly see all orders and check/confirm orders.

You can also use the google calandar app.

I also use the IO mobile site just as I would on a desktop, if I need to make changes to an order or just send a quote........ except is just takes a bit longer.

but all of the functionality that is on the desktop program is there on the mobile website.

Yes, you can go to www.inflatableoffice.com and use it on mobile but it is a bit clunky. When I said mobile site I was referring to www.inflatableoffice.com/workers which is built for mobile. It requires the workers add-on and only displays information such as calendar, contract, packing lists and worker schedule. It doesn't allow you to check availability or edit events (yet).


Another thing you can do in the meantime is just go to your quote page and fill it out for the customer (or ask them to do this). It's mobile friendly and can be set to show you availability.
