I noticed on the lead 515207, the schedule tab shows a 6/28 vehicle shift scheduled. It looks like at one point that event was scheduled that day and someone had scheduled a delivery shift. When the event date was moved, the delivery shift was never deleted from the schedule tab. If you remove those delivery shifts, it should show correctly.

It tells me I'm not authorized when I go into the schedule tab from the event page. The only thing I can use in that tab is the packing list tab which I never knew was there so that was a good find.

The schedule tab is only available if you have the workers module. Sorry about that. Instead, drag the errant event block back to the delivery and/or return boxes on the left. When you save, it should correct the issue. Let me know otherwise.
