Why do quotes show as contracted even though the contract was not signed?

Is there a way to make it so that if a person request a quote, but never signs a contract not go to the contracted stage? I don't like the fact they haven't signed anything or paid so why does their quote go to that next stage and now make that item unavailable. How can we prevent this from happening.

Contract Status = Contract was created
Confirmed Status = Contract was signed and deposit was paid
If you want to remove Contract status from reserving inventory, then go Settings->Statuses (top-left). Edit the Contract status and remove the 'Reserve inventory' checkbox.

Awesome! Thank you so much for answering this so quickly. I was getting frustrated with customers getting a quote and clicking to book and then never signing the contract or paying but taking my items offline. Thank you!
