What is the sales CRM and how do we access it?

I see notes about "Sales CRM" in several areas of the knowledgebase, but cannot seem to locate an explanation of what exactly it is or how to activate it. Can you point me to that article? thanks in advance

I did eventually find and activate it, but it's way too buggy with all the pop-ups and animations from a mobile or tablet. Can you please de-activate? Settings>subscriptions doesn't allow me to cancel that. Thanks!
