What happened to the floating "arrow" at the bottom of our screen?

There was a little arrow button floating at the bottom right of our screen that opened what looked to be some kind of better flagging system than we currently have. Intended to explore it today and noticed it's gone.

You are probably talking about the CRM task manager. That is only available with the CRM module. It is a really awesome task manager. You can assign tasks to other workers and do all sorts of good stuff. The CRM module also gives you a bunch of other functionality. Let us know if you want to add it to your subscription.
