i got this message where it normally tells us there is an update


CRM email integration not updating (company IMAP)


what do it mean?

It means that the email integration for our CRM isn't working correctly. You should either correct your email settings for the IMAP section, or remove them if you aren't using it.

I use crm and we have emails showing up in crm for our clients... Can you be a bit more specific

I think your worker accounts IMAP integration are all working fine. The company one is as well, except it never downloads any emails (because there aren't any in that account) which is why it thinks it's broken. Just remove the imap settings for the company to hide the error.

I sent that account and the error went away


ill just leave that email out there and see if it comes back

i did notice when i did a test it showed all the folders in a window

can you give us the criteria that creates the error message

like does it check daily hourly for issues or what?

You'll get the error if:


1. Go to Settings->Email Settings. If you have an entry in the IMAP section at the bottom and

2. No emails have been downloaded recently.

and by recently, I mean in the last 2 days.

so we have inflatableoffice@bringingfuntoyou.com in there and that gets no emails normally


if we take it out what issues will we have? i mean i can put mine in there but i need to know what all the IMAP email address is attached to thoughtout the program

Just turn off the company IMAP settings. You have your email already configured under your worker profile.

What I mean to say is you already have IMAP configured for each worker and if you don't have a shared company email account then you don't need to turn it on under Settings->Email Settings.

Ohhhh I left that on cause I thought if it was off it wouldnt work on employees emails

Yeah I figured that. I'll have to clean up the text to make it more clear.
