Warning: You may need to regenerate the contract ???
Answered
I had a customer mistakenly order only 1 chair instead of 40. I went in and adjusted everything but got a message stating that i would need to regenerate the contract. How do I do this?
A contract cannot be changed once it is created, so a new one will need re-created if something on the event has changed. To do so:
1. Go to the Contract tab of the lead, and edit it.
2. Click Add Contract on the right side.
3. Set the new one to active and click Save.
You will want to re-send the new contract to the customer to review and sign. If they already signed the old one, then you will need to edit the contract tab and clear the Contract Rec'd Date so they will be able to sign the new one.
