I started making my changes to the new template you all released today but once I made my wording change, the variables seem not to work i have tried both % and * and still no luck.
Can you take a look and see where the issue is?

It should be working now. When you are making variables bold, be careful to select the entire variable. If not, the code that is inserted to make it bold will break the variable text in parts in the code.
