Vendor not able to view PO

We sent an availability request to a vendor yesterday (our first attempt), and he was able to open it and reply. However, when we sent the PO, he clicked on the "Purchase Order" link and all he got was a generic Inflatable Office screen. He was using a phone, but I don't know what operating system.


When I send these POs to myself, I can view the contract on my desktop or Android phone without any problems. Any ideas?

What lead ID? I can check the link in the email log on the lead.

It had to be device related. I checked the link in the email and it works properly. If it continues to be an issue, we will have to figure out what device and email client is being used and research it.
