What exactly are you updating? The error should only happen if you are saving a new page and you already have a page with the same group name. If you are editing an existing on it shouldn't do that. I did not get the error when I edited your Quote Request and saved it.

Go to Settings->Customer Pages to make changes to your pages. I think we'll have to update the Setup Wizard.
