Vendor items revert to rentals during updates

Ive encountered this issue a few times where I open a vendor item for editing, then when saving, the item reverts to a rental item. I have to go back and check it as a vendor item and reassign it to a category.
Can you please look into this?

Sure. If it makes it easier, I edited the descriptions yesterday and every single item in the vendor category reverted.

Also noticed the prices changed.
