Vendor Email Manual Send

I have a lead I need to send a vendor availability request to

When I go to the event tab and click email
There are no vendor email options showing up to choose from but they are marked at active in the email center
We haven't opened that option up yet, but based on your recent feedback, we may. The issue here arises if you have multiple vendors on multiple pieces of equipment for that lead. We need to know what vendor to send to. We will look for a good solution for you. Thanks!

What is the status on sending emails to our vendors only after we approve the order and want to book the event.
I got another one last night back from our vendor and he said he was available but we didnt even know the event was quoted. ID: 1987505
by looking at the log it seems weird
the quote got put in
than at some point i got the request because i switched my vendor email to me instead of the vendor
then all the emails starting going out as you can see on the log
but somehow the vendor email got back in the system and he got a request and accepted the vendor request.
im totally confused on this one..
i thought all the vendor emails was coming to me which seems to be the only way i can do it at this point to keep them from going out to vendors until we get something with a manual send...
What solution are you all working on to eliminate this crazy email issue.

We will look into what was happening with those emails. Our next release allows manual email sending, so you will be able to turn off the auto sending.
