Vendor Availability Request

i did a test today and sent a request to my self for an item
i got the request
accepted it as available
and added some junk notes.
i got the response email back
once without the note and once with the note
and the lead was updated with the correct information.
2 questions
why did i get 2 different emails for the same response? one without the notes and one with
and
why doesnt the vendor have the option to add the cost to the response, we need that info and there is already a space for it in the hover window so it needs to be asked in the request and then populate in the hover window
