Using %volnum% and the number volunteers will not come through on 1 of my contract templates?

I am using the exact same variable %volnum%, in the exact same place on my staff managed contract. On Staff Managed contract, it brings the # volunteers entered on contract tab onto the contract just fine, but on the Delivered Rental contract it will not. I tried using %rental_vols% too, but I think that code is for scanning a table, it does not work either.

It sounds like you are using the correct variable. You must first save the contract tab if you want the number of volunteers you've entered there to show on a contract. Save that tab, then edit again and create the contract. If that doesn't work, please let me know. Thanks.

Yes, we do know to save the contract tab before creating the contract, and we are doing that. If I go in and create an "Inflatable - Staff Managed" contract, the # of volunteers comes through just fine. If I go in for the very same client and lead, and create an "Inflatable - Delivered Rental" contract, the number of volunteers do not come through. I am stumped.

Can you give me an example? I just tried it for lead ID 689158 and it seemed to be working.
