User Log Strange behavior
Answered
My user log has some weird stuff in it after i just made a change for a client
order 1942621
I changed her dates, times, address locations etc.
then i edited the contract tab to send her a new contract with the changes and for some reason it had dates of 2/17/17 as the changed dates in the user log.
it shows most of the stuff correct
Basically just look at all the 4/11/17 log data and you can see where the weird stuff happened
"Contract Received: 2/17/2017 3:06pm -> 2/17/2017 12:00am"
This is just because we don't use the time field on the contract tab, so when you edit that tab, it drops the time and inserts midnight. It's on our todo list to fix, but it doesn't show anywhere to the customer as anything but a date, so it's got a low priority to it.
"Contract Received: 2/17/2017 12:00am ->"
This is the contract received date being removed because you made the new contract the active one, and you would want the customer to sign it. If the lead had a date in there, the customer side of things would say "We received your contract on 2/17/2017" and wouldn't require them to sign any new contract. The date that they signed the old contract is still logged on that old contract, but the whole lead has an active contract that still needs signed, so we remove the Lead's "contract recieved date"
