My question is I currently have QB 2013 and I'm getting a message that will no longer be able to see my banking information, such as deposit etc.

If I upgrade to QB 2016, will that effective my IO?

There should not be a problem. However, you may want to ask Intuit if the version you are buying will still support their Web Connector program.
