Yes. We will have to backdate the the transfer Queue for you to do this; however once the link is set up, it will continue to push new payments, invoices, and customers from IO into QB. Note: it might take a while for to transfer this much data as it it meant to transfer in smaller increments over time, so it would probably be best to do this in the evening time so that you can just let it run.
