I am trying to figure out how the up-sell works. What I am trying to do is if someone gets a quote for a moonwalk then they will have the option to add the 18' Slide for only $150 more. Normally the slide would be $250. What is the best way to get this setup?

You could make a special in the promotions that says if you rent any moonwalk, you get an 18' slide for $150. Then you need to go to all the moonwalks and choose the 18' slide as an upsell item. I am having a hard time figuring this out. I have done what you said and now the quote page after selecting a moonwalk give me the option to add the 17' Slide for $250. I dont even have that one selected. Can you setup one for me so I know how to do it? I would be fine with the way you said earlier if I could get it to work like that. Thanks for the help.

You made it a package, when it should have been a special. I've changed it. However, after looking into it more, it turns out that feature was removed. I'm sorry, but upsells currently will only show the normal cost. If the customer adds it, they will see a discounted price though. A request to go back to the former method was already put in by another client. I'll add your name to the request.

That would be great if up-sells would show a dicounted price. A lot of times I have people that just want to get one inflatable. If I can try to sell them on another inflatable for a reduced rate that would be great. Thanks again for the help. How will I know if this feature gets turned back on? Do I just need to check it every so often?

I agree this is very cumbersome and should be addressed. I want there to be a pop up or offering that would offer tables, tents and chairs or Concessions.
