If we send out an email marketing message and a customer unsubscribes and then later books with us, will they receive the pre and post event emails?

If they only unsubscribe from the newsletter (which is the default selected option) they will get event reminder emails, but if they choose unsubscribe from all they won't get any emails.

I have had this question also, but on employee shift assignments.. what happens there?


i dont the staff to be able to unsubscribe

Due to email delivery rules, we have to put an unsubscribe on all emails we send, even the ones to employees. Otherwise we will get spam flagged and have trouble delivering any emails. If you have employees that accidentally unsubscribed, have them contact us so we can undo that.
