Undocumented, ill-conceived spam filter
Solved
This morning, without prior notice or later explanation, InflatableOffice began rejecting all of our customer's contact requests with the error "No links allowed".
Please:
- Document this kind of change.
- Provide a means to opt out.
---
In case you need to know:
- To provide context for our sales staff when interpreting messages, our contact form adds its own URL beside the customer's message.
- It's common for our customers to include a link to their organization or event website. We expect and encourage this.
So sorry for the issue! I've made a change to exclude you from this change.

This was a quick fix for a flood of spam emails some of our users got. We didn't realize any of our users had fields encouraging URL's. We'll update this ASAP.
