Unable to attach files to a client
Solved
Every time I attempt to attach a layout or a file to a client, the system is showing an error screen. Please fix. Thank you.

Hi Alan,
This sounds like an issue with the your Firefox browser. What happens is when you click a link to email something it is supposed to open up your default email application, but it is failing to do so. Perhaps something with your email changed recently?
Anyway try the following:
- Click the three horizontal lines at the top-right of Firefox to bring up the Menu
- Go to Options, then Applications
- Does mailto appear in the list? If so set it to Always Ask
If the above doesn't help, I would suggest trying to downloading the latest version of firefox.
Alternatively you could use google chrome or instead of clicking the link you can just create a new email in your client, attach the files, set the subject to that lead id and send the email to attach@inflatableoffice.com

Can you email us a screen shot of the error so we can see it?

Below is the error I am getting EVERY time without fail and it doesn't matter which client I'm attempting to attach a file to:
File not found
Firefox can't find the file at mailto:attach@inflatableoffice.com?subject=726735.
Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
Try Again
