Unable the get attachments to attach

I sent at least 8 emails to 1278573

From my phone from my staffs phone and tried with the lead I'd in the subject line


We also tried sending without lead I'd in the subject while staff was on site at event and none of them showed up


Can you check on this when u get time Monday and let me know what happened

Our server that handles the attachments is currently down. Anything sent will be queued and will be attached when it comes back up probably in the morning.

Ok, none of my test attachments went through from Sunday yet

It may take a few hours before the ones sent between Sunday 5pm and Today at 11am are attached.

will this "backlog" be keeping new once sent today from attaching also?

i have sent some forms to some clients today and they are not showing up either.

Yes all our attachments are now working


I would suggest that everyone resend anything you sent yesterday to be safe several of ours didn't take but we have found those and send them again and they are working fine
