trying to make a payment

Hey guys, I am having a problem trying to get an item paid for. Will the system not let someone pay on their online contract if the billing address they are entering is different from the one we have in the "customer" field in the contract tab? Lead ID is #515687

It doesn't matter of those two addresses are different in our system, but it does matter that the address typed in on the payment page is the same as what is on the credit card.
The error being returned from the credit card is "AVS mismatch" which means: Address Verification System mismatch.
