trouble with vendor PO(s) emailing to vendor

Trying to send vendor(s) PO from with in the system and and they are not receiving and the email is not showing up in log

What is the Lead ID you are sending these through? Are you getting any particular error messages, or are they just telling you that they aren't recieving them?

2185695- lead ID-they have stated that not recieved--

just checked again-- in one says that it has been sent in log-- no record at vendor

I just hit the send button on that and it went out when you were checking. The vendor email is sent automatically 30 minutes after the last edit on the lead (to give you some time to make changes). If you need it to go earlier, you have to click the email icon. This is what I did as a test and it went out.

Waiting to hear back from second vendor that I sent out to as well-- I see they are being sent now-- but not showing in their inbox-- testing with another
