We don't support attachments in the email templates. If you want this content included in the training emails you would have to copy it out and paste it into the email templates or put the document on your web server and provide a link to it in the email.
Usually for inspection type check-off lists they are included in the packing list template. You can provide specific instructions for each individual item as well if needed on the Safety tab of the Rental, then based on the items needed it will print the details wherever you put the variable (ie on the contract, email, and/or packing lists).
