Total Packing List on Vehicle Packing List
Answered
How do I get the total packing list to sum up everything that I need to load on the Vehicle Packing List when I go to print?
In order to get items to show up and total under the "grouped packing list," you have to add a (g) at the end of the packing list item's name. We don't do it by default because some people want just some items grouped together, but not others. For instance, it's almost always fine to just total up the number of stakes because you can put them all near the back of a trailer/boxtruck and still get any inflatable around them, but if you loaded 10 blowers at the door, you might have to move them all out of the way to get your first inflatable off the vehicle.

You should be printing a Vehicle Packing List. You can do this from the delivery screen or the leads screen. On the leads screen, you choose the report named Vehicle Packing List. It will only group things if you used the proper grouping notation which is shown under the packing list box in any item in your rental inventory.
