Both of our servers seem to be operating fine. There may be a slow connection to one of the servers for you. You can test nap.inflatableoffice.com and wave.inflatableoffice.com to see which one is the slow one for you.

Both seem fine. Site has been running fine for the last 45 minutes or so but was crawling for about 5-10 mins.

I too have noticed the program lagging in a big time way. When choosing categories, I have blue arrows beside them and have to wait for them to load before choosing a category. This results in big lags in conversation with the client as they choose their items and I cannot keep up. When saving a lead, I get the "please wait" everytime now and it can take up to a minute to save.

I'm not seeing any of these issues. The categories do load in the background, but it was fast for me (only took a few seconds for all of them to load). Saving was also very fast. Was there a specific lead ID it is happening on? Do you have anything that could be slowing down your internet or computer?

It is happening to all 5 computers in our office, and for about a month now. Any other program we have loads instant, and website clicks are instant.

BTW, when I hit update in a lead, it takes 26 seconds for all of the categories to load before I can click on the. They have blue dots beside them and until the blue dots are gone, I cannot click that category.

We are seeing the exact same thing on our end. It would seem that there is a LOT more lag time now and it's running slower and slower.

I will look into optimizing the speed on loading the categories of items.
You should be able to click on a category that has blue dots next to it and when you do, they should turn green and that category will load next.

I was able to make a significant speed improvement to this. It will be out on our next release.
