testimonials widget - option to show only recent reviews?

Would be nice if we could limit the 'random display' to a certain timeframe. With so many reviews dating back several years, sometimes the page loads and shows a bunch of 2013, 2014 reviews whereas 2016-2017 would seem much more relevant and valuable to a customer. Just a thought.

In general, we think it's a good idea to show older ones as well because otherwise they could be deleted from the list in order to not display; and it shows your company has a long history of positive reviews. But, we should also include some recent ones as well as older ones if possible. We'll look into it.

I agree about showing old ones too., which is why we add a link above your widget allowing customers to 'view all' testimonials. It'd be great if that was integrated into the widget too. Maybe you could have a widget that has filters like on amazon etc "sort by date, rating" etc etc
