Testimonials process needs a lot of work...

Under Consideration

If I go to settings>testimonials to see reviews, it is a cumbersome process in many ways.

First, if I am reading a review and want to look at the order, I need to jot down the name/date and goto a new tab/screen and search the name...god forbid there are 2 people with the same first name on the same date... it's just a big hassle. Why not be able to click the person's name and open the lead?

secondly, as suggested before by others, why do organization names not show up on the widget? If you're working for a high profile entity, don't you think you'd want perspective customers to know?

third...making testimonials active is again another click-fest! is it too much to ask to have checkboxes where i can select multiple reviews and make them all active at once?

just some thoughts for streamlining what has always been a tedious process for years..especially if you do high volume

These are good ideas. We're making some edits right now to how we display certain thing (basically any list of items in IO; such as inventory, customer list, testimonials, delivery method, referrals, ect). Once that "under the hood" code is complete, making these edits will be significantly easier. I'll add these notes to our product development system.

FURTHERMORE, I am noticing that once i start adding the testimonials as active, and save one, the list up top disappears...so i need to refresh the screen and scroll to find the next one. not cool
