Sorry, I'm not exactly following what the issue is. Do you have a lead ID for this particular quote so we can take a look as well?

Yes lead 1635846 It's doe this a few times.


When i have other equipment other then the tent in the lead, we then add a tent. The required tent fee does not get charged onto the lead. All tents have a required fee of $85 for setup, but this fee is not showing up or being charged.

I clicked edit on the lead, then cleared out the "fees" amount of $0, then clicked update and it added it in which fixed it. I didn't want to save it and mess up this lead's saved price though.

So moving forward you have to clear out all fee's in order for this to happen? I do not think a client that is booking online is going to know how to do this. Is there no other work around?

Customers who book online will get a new quote calculated each time they edit anything, so they won't need it recalculated. This lead was modified on the back end after it was created. I recalculated the field manually to test what the software was going to calculate for a new lead, and it worked correctly. After the lead is saved, the software doesn't recalculate a lead when you edit something unless you tell it to by either blanking out a field, or checking the "recalculate" button. It doesn't change the field automatically because we don't know if you would want to change the numbers you have filled in already with something.
