Tent package set up

We have a tent that can be 40x40 up to a 40x120, but if any one of the 40 x re ts are taken the rest are not available...
Also when we go from 40x40 we have to increase side poles stakes etc... Can we increase packing list items based on tent size

Looks like we're both working late tonight. I'm just monitoring for urgent issues, but I figured I could sent a quick reply before bedtime... I'll make sure a more thorough reply is sent too when we're back in the office. We have a lot of "tent, table, chair" companies that use our software. They all set these up as Structured, Parent/child items. So essentially each tent size is it's own rental item, but it's availability is dependent on some other rentals in your inventory too.
We actually have some new support staff that would benefit greatly to sit in on me showing you how to set this up. Do you have a specific time next week that would be good for a meeting?
