TaxCloud error, and issues with customer quote page

Customer just entered a series of quotes...and I'm unsure of a few things. Lead ID 1280108

First, TaxCloud gave this error: Warning: -> Error in tax rate lookup: Used default tax rate. Error

encountered looking up tax amount Invalid apiLoginID and/or apiKey

Secondly, she added (1) Delivery (an item, not the new 'option' we set-up on this new interface). I cant even find where that item IS on the new quote page for her to even select it??? I can make it inactive now, but still want to know how she's accessing it. Is it possible she accessed the old quote page, somehow?

Thanks!

To further clarify, if you goto the quote page associated with the above Lead, and click "edit quote", you'll see 5 rented items...one of which is "Delivery, set up and tear down". However when you edit the quote, only four of them show up...everything but the "delivery, setup and teardown"

It seems to me to have been a temporary TaxCloud error. She was able to add your Delivery, set up and tear down item via the upselling on the quote confirm page. If you don't want it to show, go to it in your inventory. Go to Advanced Features->Select Pages and uncheck the quote confirm page.

On the topic of thr quote confirm page, I have changed our active quote confirm page....after making some changes. Granted, its name "Quote confirm backup" absolutely will not save, regardless of what I do...it is active and the Confirm2 version is not. However, "Quote Confirm2" is the one customers are getting. any idea why? I just wanted to test our modified version

And now, the quote confirm page we created, called "quote confirm backup", which is active, is showing up as the contract...

Here's some screenshots. You'll see in the first, the button I'm about to press to view the contract, then in the 2nd, youll see where it takes me. Then, in the third, youll see that where it's taking me is not even active any more. Thanks
