I was able to add the tax without any issues to that lead. We recently made changes to the code and it sounds like your browser isn't downloading the new data.
Clear your browser cache to fix the issue, then click on Leads again at the top, and try again.

Sorry for the issue with this. It was putting is a $0 tax and a negative discount. We have fixed the bug and adjusted the affected leads so the discount is $0 and the tax is corrected (the total stayed the same as a result).
