When you have a task and get a reminder email the direct link takes you to the oder but the keyword uses the customer name instead of the lead id
no a big deal until you make the changes and tell it to print then it prints all the leads with that name when you really think you are on the single order.
can the keyword autofill be set up to only be the lead id since that is what the task is linked to?

We wrote it that way so that you can see some more context. This applies more for alert emails that are notifying you of a new Lead. We'll consider changing it or making a setting to change it.

It also does the same when you click form the CRM task manager it does it the same way.. just didnt know it wa supposed to populate the keyword by name.
