Task button is unavailable and existing tasks cannot be edited.

Everyone with our organization is having trouble with their task button. We cannot find the check mark to make a new task, nor is the edit button working for existing tasks already assigned to a lead. Please let me know if there is anything I am missing!

Okay, thank you. Will we have to upgrade our subscription in order to get this feature back?
