System is allowing me to book a parent even though 1 child is reserved

1 child of "Mega Obstacle Course" is booked for 5/14. Lead # 1292938 (Child = Obstacle Course Only)
Yet I'm able to book the Parent #lead ID 1387896.
How or why? This would have put me in a major bind had I not seen it myself.

I think this has to do with something in the "Structure" of the item not being correct and/or the inactive child affecting it. We're looking into it more.

Lead # 1387896 has a delivery window set after the event. This can happen if you set the delivery window, then change the event times.
