Survey Comment Section not appearing

For the past month or so, the survey responses we receive by email show everything EXCEPT the comment section--which is the best part. It does show the numbered responses. We can track down the survey to see if they left a comment, but it would be so much simpler to have it all in the email like it used to do.

Leads include 1309727, 1281908, 1237782
