Surface Type Exclusion

Is there a way to exclude particular surface types on a rental? We do not set up tents on hard surfaces and want to prevent the customer from being able to select pavement, concrete, etc.

We cannot block items when surfaces are chosen but we can block an item from a Delivery Method. So you can have "Yes - Please provide attendants (Hard Surface)" as an option. You could also block the tents from being auto booked so you can make sure that tents don't get booked for events with a hard surface. I'll add this idea to our product development system as a feature request so the developers can look into adding it. Let me know if you need anything else.
