Structuring Product Childs
Answered
I have a 3 piece obstacle course in which each piece can be rented out individually. I have them structured as A, B and C. I want to add another rental item which is a combination of A and B. When I go in to add a Child, I don't see the option to form the structure for this. I went in to edit one of the existing children and the structure is below the electric there but no in the new Child. Where is the structure located in a new item?
While viewing, but not editing either the parent item or another one of the children, click "add child" instead of edit. After the item is saved, you'll be able to edit it and add in the structure field (this field doesn't display until it's been saved once). Important note on structured items: the parent must contain one of all the child items. So it's structure should be the "A, B, C" (all the units combined).
