Strange Map issue

it has the correct city state and zip and county
travel time is way off
when you pull it up using the map icons it takes you to almost maryland but is should be south
drive time using google maps and mapquest is aobut 2.5 hours and the system shows 1.25
if you go my the map it pulls up drive time should still be 3 plus hours to the maryland location
can you let me know what has created this issue

It looks like Google can't find the address at all, which leads me to believe there's something off about it in general. Mapquest finds some address but as you said, it's in the wrong location.
