Strange issue with item showing up twice on quote, only selected once, invisible in some instances

Take a look at this new lead: 1397086
You'll see the digital photo booth listed twice on the admin-side, but the only digital photo booth is the add-on option under the main rental Akron Video Game Truck. Open the quote page....there, you don't even see the second phantom "Digital Photo Booth" in the line-item listings, but the total reflects it (eg, the $49 is included in the total but not listed on the quote itself). Further, if you "Edit" the quote from the customer page, it only shows one digital photo booth chosen.
Can you look into this please? Thanks

It shouldn't be showing or billing a second digital photo booth according to your settings. The fact that it isn't showing it on the other pages is correct. It's an accessory, so it can't be on it's own line item. Have you recently changed any inventory such as the Digital Photo Booth with USB drive, Akron Video Game Truck, or Cleveland Video Game Truck? My only thought is that it was selected prior to an inventory change. Other than that, we will have to watch to see if it happens again and we can collect more information to pin point the issue.

Well, let me know if you see it again. I spent a bunch of time on it and could not figure out the issue. I've not seen that before now.
