Stop auto booking on weekdays

Is there a way to stop customers from auto booking an event that will need to be delivered Mon - Fri but allow it for events scheduled on the weekends?
We have limited ability to deliver on weekdays and have to review each job for availability but lately we have had a lot of customers auto book during the week.

Yes. In Settings->Online Quoting, you can select the weekdays as "closed" and set it to stop "book" when restricted. You'll have to click the edit pencil in order to set "Event time restrictions."
