Need Answer

Lead 7381187 created a booking online, made payment in full etc but the status is stuck in contract as opposed to "full payment received".

Could you check why?

Your statuses were changed so much that they weren't really flowing any longer. I think I have them set up the way you want and still have them flow the way they are originally meant...let me know if you still have any that don't automatically move as they should.

Unsure what this means.


We haven't changed statuses or how they "flow" and this has only happened since using the new software.


Is it an API issue or something else?

This still doesn't work.

This morning I updated a lead with a bank payment. Payment was made in full therefore it should change status. It has stayed in contract status.

Please advise asap. This is extremely frustrating to work with

The original lead in question is also still in "contract" status despite full payment.

FYi - we had issues with our routing today where contracts were not showing and/or printing on the routing sheets.

We traced this back to the status changes you made ie. unticking that certain statuses should be sent to routing.

This didn't resolve the initial problem, it in fact created another.

Please advise if this has been looked into any further
