status not updating correctly

Not a Problem

Hello,


I just noticed the status are not working or updating correctly. Lead 2201725 made a payment"paid in full" and the status did not change from quote to confirmed. I had to changed it manually to reserved the unit for that customer. Is there a way a report of lead with payment and are not confirmed.


Note: I don`t want to reserve a unit if they haven`t make deposit or full payment.

The customer made a payment, but they never signed the contract which is part of your requirement to move to confirmed.


To search for others use the filters on the left side of leads. Set the drop-down at the top to Has Payments, then uncheck all statuses except Quote.

how the requirement status are set put????.....meaning are they as and , or or just and.

These 3 requirements are "And" meaning they all need done if they are all checked:


Mark Lead to this Status after Contract has been Signed

Mark Lead to this Status after Balance has been Paid

Mark Lead to this Status after Deposit has been Paid
