staff costs
Answered
Is there a way when you edit what the staff costs are for, for example we say set up of chairs, that the client is able to see the edit? They always want to know what the staff costs means.
There is no way to change the wording "staffing costs" on the quote/contracts, but you could change the way the fee is set up. You could put in a fee under Promotions & Fees, you could have the fee applied anytime chairs are rented and it is a delivery item. You can have it calculate a percentage of the chair cost or a flat fee. Some clients even have the fees added as "accessories" to the tables and chairs. You can say .50 set up fee per chair; for example. Both of these ways you can set up the fees and then have it clearly labeled what it is for so there isn't confusion.
