When running a Special and the customer's quote is changed. If they no longer meet the Special's Criteria the discount still applies and is not removed from the quote. I have to deselect all rentals for the the Special to be removed.

You would have to give me the lead ID and the special that you are seeing the issue with for me to check it. I would guess that you simply need to click the update button after changing the lead to get the special to turn off. Of course, if the special is setup incorrectly, it may still apply after the update.
