Special Pricing?
Answered
We have 2 items that require special pricing - it is the
CH51LE LUMIERE CHAIRCH52LE LUMIERE ARM CHAIR
In addition to their price, they have a fee of $50/hr for an operator.
Is there a way to do this in IO?
Thank you
There isn't a way to make it a "Fee" (as in IO "promotions and fees").
However, you could make the operator an Option with a price setting of $50 per hour.
Go to Settings and change the "categories" drop down to say "all options" and you can add a New Option.
Once it's in there, you'll need to tell the system "which Rental does this Option belong to."
Bring up the CH51LE LUMIERE CHAIR's settings. Go to the "options and PL" tab and click EDIT. (at this point you'll need to wait a few moments for the options to load in since your account has so many. It will still be loading even after the "please wait" goes away).
Once the list of Options loads, check the box to make the "operator" active for this rental. You can put a "1" in the "required" box to make sure at least one operator is always with the rental. And you can choose to "link the quantity" if you want the same number of operators as chairs.
